Account Statuses
Platform accounts may be in one of the following states:
Active
All of your environments are up and running, and your account is active.
Deactivated
The platform dashboard is accessible, but you are unable to establish new environments. All currently running environments have been suspended; they cannot be changed—only deleted.
This occurs for trial accounts when the trial time or credits run out. To have it automatically reactivated, convert to a billing account.
This occurs for billing accounts when your money run out. To get your account automatically reactivated, recharge it.
Upon reactivation, all environments will restart automatically.
Suspended
Violations of the service agreement may result in the suspension of your account. You won’t be able to sign in, and all environments will be suspended. Get in touch with Hosters Support to reactivate.
Destroyed
The platform dashboard remains accessible to you, but all of your environments have been erased and cannot be restored.
This occurs if you ask for the deactivation of your account or if it is inactive for a time frame set by the hoster without being reactivated.
Go into the dashboard and pay up your balance with a positive amount to get your account back.
To accomplish that, select the Contact Support option from the drop-down menu by clicking the Help button located in the dash top panel.
