Types of Accounts
All new accounts on the platform are trial accounts by default. Trial accounts also apply to those that were created prior to the official launch.
Trial accounts are subject to various restrictions. These restrictions are removed when you upgrade to a paying account, and your account turns into a paid account.
Your access privileges and quotas are based on the type of account you have. You don’t have to wait for the trial period to end to upgrade to a billing account if you have a trial account and require more capabilities.
Trial
You get a trial period when you first register for an account. One of two restrictions will apply to you during this time:
- Money (Bonus): To utilize our service, you will receive a certain number of free credits.
- Time: You have a set amount of time to use our service without charge.
Prior to the expiration of your trial term, you will receive an upgrade notification.
Your environments will be suspended if you don’t upgrade before the trial period finishes. You still have time to convert to a premium account. Your account will be deleted if you don’t.
Contact Hosters Support if you would like to terminate your trial and remove your account.
Billing
A fully paid account is known as a billing account. Anytime after your trial term expires or as soon as you register, you can upgrade to a billing account.
A billing account has less restrictions and more functionality. Furthermore, your hosting service will offer you complete assistance.
Details regarding your account limitations are available in your dashboard’s “Quotas & Pricing” section. Please see our Pricing FAQ for further details regarding prices.
