AccuWeb.Cloud standard

One hosting model. Fully managed from day one.

You do not need to choose a separate support tier before our engineers can help administer your supported server environment. Routine server management is built into the hosting experience, subject to the published support scope.

Supported OS and service administration Security and patch assistance Core stack troubleshooting No self-managed hosting tier
No hidden expectations

A clear support boundary, before work begins.

Use the tabs below to understand what is covered, what is not covered and remains your responsibility, and which advanced requests need a separate scope review.

Explore the support scope

The exact scope remains subject to your service order, supported-software policy and selected cloud services.

Covered support itemShort description
Supported server software installation and configurationUpon request, we review the requirements and assist with the installation and basic configuration of supported software such as Apache, Nginx, PHP, or MySQL.
On-request operating-system security updatesApply available security updates to a supported guest operating system upon customer request, subject to compatibility, approval, and a maintenance window.
Assistance with core web, database, and server servicesInvestigate issues with supported services such as Apache, Nginx, PHP, MySQL, SSH, or system services. Custom-code debugging is excluded.
Basic firewall and SSH security configurationConfigure required ports, add basic firewall rules, and apply standard SSH security settings, such as restricting direct root login.
SSL certificate installation and renewal assistanceUpon request, install or renew an available SSL certificate and configure HTTPS on a supported web server. Certificate purchase costs are not included.
Disaster-recovery restore assistanceWe can restore the full instance from an available backup under the complimentary disaster-recovery restore service.
Basic server-level performance tuningUpon request, we review performance and apply basic tuning to supported web servers, such as Apache or Nginx, where technically possible.
Resource and scaling recommendationsReview server usage and recommend additional CPU, RAM, storage, or a suitable service upgrade.
Standard migration assistance after assessmentAfter reviewing compatibility, data size, and expected downtime, we can assist with migrating a supported website or server.
Supported server means an instance running a currently supported operating system, such as Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, with standard software such as Apache, Nginx, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, and SSH. End-of-life or custom software requires separate review. While performing any of the fully managed support tasks listed above, if changes to the current website, server setup, or functionality are required, we strongly recommend that clients maintain a recent backup of all their VMs before the work begins.
Not covered itemExample
Custom application development and new featuresCreating new pages, modules, APIs, integrations, or application features.
Custom code debugging or rewritingFinding errors in or rewriting custom PHP, Python, Node.js, or .NET code.
Website design and content updatesChanging the website design or adding products, images, articles, and text.
Third-party plugin, theme, or vendor software issuesFixing defects in plugins, themes, external APIs, or vendor applications not controlled by us.
Software licence and subscription feesAny third-party software licence or subscription fees, such as cPanel, LiteSpeed, SQL Server, paid plugins, or themes, must be purchased and paid for by the customer.
Legal advice and compliance certificationProviding legal advice or certifying PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO, or similar compliance.
Support for customer employees or end usersProviding direct support or training to the customer’s employees, clients, or website visitors on how to use their accounts, websites, or applications.
Email reputation and marketing-email deliveryGuaranteeing inbox delivery, managing email campaigns, or resolving spam and reputation issues.
Customer user-account and password managementCreating or managing passwords, user accounts, and permissions for the customer’s employees or clients.
Not covered means work outside standard server administration or the purchased plan. We can review such requests separately and confirm whether paid assistance is available before starting any work.
ItemSimple explanation and example
Major operating-system upgradesMajor upgrades require compatibility and downtime checks. Example: Ubuntu 20.04 to Ubuntu 24.04.
Complex multi-server setupsSetups using multiple connected servers require planning. Example: load balancing or high availability.
Advanced database recoveryDamaged databases must be reviewed before recovery. Example: repairing a corrupted MySQL database.
Advanced security investigationSecurity incidents may require detailed investigation. Example: checking a compromised or malware-infected server.
Large or complex migrationsComplex migrations require checks for data size, compatibility, and downtime. Example: moving a custom application and database.
Unsupported or third-party softwareSoftware outside our supported stack must be reviewed. Example: outdated software or a vendor-specific application.
Work beyond included support hoursRequests requiring additional administrator time may have extra charges.
We review these requests and confirm feasibility, downtime, and any additional charges before starting.
Important scope clarification

Fully managed means we manage your supported server environment. It does not include website development, custom-code changes, content management, third-party licence costs, or support for your end users.

Support structure comparison

Cloud support is not always managed hosting.

Many cloud providers supply the infrastructure and sell technical support separately. AccuWeb.Cloud takes a different approach: every hosting plan includes a clearly defined, hands-on fully managed support standard.

Apples-to-apples scope: this section compares support for standard infrastructure-as-a-service virtual machines—DigitalOcean Droplets, Amazon EC2, Google Compute Engine and Azure Virtual Machines. Managed databases, PaaS products and separate managed-service engagements follow different responsibility models.

DigitalOcean

Droplet support structure
Unmanaged IaaS
Support tiers
Starter: free; Developer: $24/month; Standard: $99/month; Premium: $999/month.
Channels
Ticket support is available to all customers. Live chat is included with Standard and Premium.
VM management
DigitalOcean states that Droplets are completely unmanaged and that support staff cannot directly access them.
You or your administrator manage the server. A higher support tier improves access and response time, but does not convert a Droplet into fully managed hosting.

Amazon Web Services

EC2 support structure
Shared model
Support tiers
Basic is included. Business Support+ starts at $29 per account or a usage percentage; Enterprise starts at $5,000/month; Unified Operations starts at $50,000/month.
What it adds
Paid tiers add faster expert responses, broader guidance, proactive capabilities and higher-touch account support.
VM management
For EC2, AWS assigns guest operating-system updates, security patches, installed applications and security-group configuration to the customer.
Support provides expertise; EC2 administration remains customer-led. Hands-on managed operations require a separate service, partner or internal team.

Google Cloud

Compute Engine support structure
Shared model
Support tiers
Basic is included. Standard costs at least $29/month or 3% of Cloud charges; Enhanced starts at $100/month or a tiered percentage; Premium starts at $15,000/month or a tiered percentage.
What it adds
Customer Care offers technical assistance, case creation, response targets and increasingly proactive services at higher tiers.
VM management
Compute Engine provides VM Manager tools for patching and OS policies, but customers enable, configure and operate those tools for their VM fleets.
Customer Care is technical support, not an automatic managed-server service. Your team remains responsible for operating standard Compute Engine VMs.

Microsoft Azure

Azure VM support structure
Shared model
Support tiers
Basic is included. Developer is $29/month; Standard is $100/month; Professional Direct is $1,000/month; Unified Enterprise is separately priced.
What it adds
Paid tiers provide one-to-one technical break-fix support, faster response targets and, at higher levels, advisory and escalation services.
VM management
Microsoft's IaaS responsibility matrix assigns the operating system, applications, network controls, settings and configurations to the customer.
Azure support helps resolve platform and technical issues. Day-to-day Azure VM administration remains your responsibility unless separately managed.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you deploy

The most important details about AccuWeb.Cloud’s fully managed service.

Is every AccuWeb.Cloud hosting plan fully managed? +
Yes. AccuWeb.Cloud offers fully managed hosting only. You do not need to select, compare or purchase a self-managed support tier.
What do the two administrator hours cover? +
They cover eligible hands-on server administration within the defined managed scope, such as supported configuration, server-level troubleshooting and routine optimization. Complex work is assessed before it begins.
Does fully managed support include custom application development? +
No. We manage the supported server and service layer. Writing or debugging custom code, building features, changing business logic, designing pages and managing content remain the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by fully managed support.
Are backup storage and restores included? +
We assist with supported backup configuration and restoration from an available, valid recovery point. Backup storage, snapshots and retention resources may be billed according to the cloud services you select. Customers should also maintain an independent backup copy.
Can you migrate my website or application? +
Standard migrations are supported after a compatibility and complexity assessment. Large datasets, custom architectures, unsupported platforms or multi-server migrations may require a separate scope.
Does 24/7 support mean every issue is resolved immediately? +
Support access and monitoring are available around the clock. Resolution time depends on issue complexity, required access, customer approvals, maintenance needs and third-party dependencies.
Can fully managed support guarantee complete security or data recovery? +
No hosting provider can guarantee that an application will never be compromised or that every deleted file can be recovered. Managed support reduces operational risk through reasonable security and maintenance practices, while successful restoration requires a valid backup.
Which operating systems and software are supported? +
Support applies to current, licensed and vendor-supported operating systems and server software approved for the AccuWeb.Cloud environment. End-of-life, experimental, unlicensed or undocumented software may require a separate review or may not be supported.
