Quotas System
When using the platform, you may encounter certain features that are fully or partially restricted, such as options for public IP or the number of cloudlets per container. These restrictions typically apply to trial accounts only. Upgrading your account will unlock access to all platform functionalities automatically.
Step 1. Click on the “New Environment” button at the top of the platform dashboard.
Step 2. If you need to increase your quotas after upgrading your account, please reach out to your hosting service provider for assistance. Select the “Account Limits” option.
Step 3. You can view your current account permissions by accessing in the Account Limits section in the platform dashboard.
