Cluster Orchestrator

The Cluster Orchestrator (Infrastructure Node) acts as the conductor of the platform. This critical set of internal components manages resources, processes requests, and ensures the smooth maintenance of the entire PaaS system, just like a conductor keeps an orchestra in harmony.

To achieve high availability, the platform runs on two synchronized infrastructure nodes. This means both nodes are identical copies, ensuring continuous operation of the platform even if one node fails.

The components of the infra node operate within separate virtual containers running on Accuweb.Cloud and are responsible for:

• Provisioning
• Templates configuration and clustering binding
• Environment’s lifecycle management
• Applications deployment
• Scalability management
• Handling requests via Shared Resolver
• Logs and statistics
• Billing
• Business analysis tools
• Monitoring and health checking

Several subsystems work together within the platform to handle the tasks we mentioned above.
