A "Tap Box" connection is also available for emergency portable generator use, ensuring uninterrupted power during outages and maximum reliability.
With a 480v 3-phase utility feed (3,000 amps) and an additional 480v feed (2,500 amps), the NY1 data center offers robust power capacity. Spanning 24,608 square feet of non-raised floor space, it provides ample room for your infrastructure needs. Wi-Fi connectivity is available throughout for seamless access.
The NY1 data center boasts a robust HVAC system with 15 units of 20-ton Liebert HVAC for cooling and 2 units of 10-ton Stulz HVAC for ventilation. Paired with rooftop dry coolers, the system ensures proper temperature control, efficient airflow, and safe operating conditions for critical equipment.
The facility features 4 UPS units, each with 400kVA capacity, in an A&B system with parallel redundancy for uninterrupted power. Each UPS is supported by 3 strings of batteries (120 total), ensuring system uptime during power outages.
Security is managed with a C*CURE Software House Card Reader Access Control System, including 11 card readers at essential doors. Access to data center areas requires both HID card swipe and a unique PIN code. With 13 cameras for 24/7 monitoring and visitor protocols requiring ID verification for building access, the facility ensures strict security at all times.
The Third-Party Risk Assessment Report and Cybersecurity Whitepaper, which contain essentially all of the details about data center's information security that can only be made available externally.
