What You Will Do

Your daily responsibilities and impact areas

Customer Support

  • 1 Provide technical support to customers via live chat and helpdesk in a 24x7 environment
  • 2 Troubleshoot hosting related issues including websites, servers, email, and backups
  • 3 Monitor and review server backups and system alerts
  • 4 Assist customers with pre-sales and post-sales technical queries

System Management

  • 1 Provision VPS and Dedicated Servers for new client orders
  • 2 Research issues using internal tools and documentation
  • 3 Follow standard processes and escalation procedures
  • 4 Assist team members and contribute to smooth daily operations

Maintenance & Updates

  • Apply software and operating system updates as required

Skills and Knowledge You Will Build

Technical Exposure

Linux and basic server administration Windows Server fundamentals Virtualization and cloud hosting concepts Email services and website hosting stacks

Tools & Platforms

FTP DNS cPanel, WHM Plesk WebsitePanel Apache & IIS web servers Billing systems (WHMCS)
