You can edit your site directly on the page instead of using a separate admin interface or web editors.<\/p>\n<p>In this guide, we&#8217;ll show you not only how to deploy the Concrete CMS app simply (details on that are in another document) but also how to set up a high-availability cluster for it.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/accuweb.cloud\/resource\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Concrete-CMS-Cluster-.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" aligncenter wp-image-46582 size-full\" title=\" Concrete CMS Cluster\" src=\"https:\/\/accuweb.cloud\/resource\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Concrete-CMS-Cluster-.png\" alt=\" Concrete CMS Cluster\" width=\"378\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/accuweb.cloud\/resource\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Concrete-CMS-Cluster-.png 378w, https:\/\/accuweb.cloud\/resource\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Concrete-CMS-Cluster--266x300.png 266w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 378px) 100vw, 378px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To make the service more available and reliable, we&#8217;ll configure a setup with 2 Apache servers, 2 replicated MySQL databases, a Memcached node, and an NGINX load balancer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In this setup:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ack-ul\">\n<li>Memcached backs up the Apache server sessions, so if one server fails, the second server can continue using the sessions from Memcached.<\/li>\n<li>NGINX balances the traffic within the cluster.<\/li>\n<li>Replicated MySQL primary and secondary databases improve performance, data security, and fail-over capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ack-h2\">Let&#8217;s get started!<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ack-h2\">Create Environment and Deploy Concrete CMS<\/h2>\n<p>First, you need to create a new environment with one Apache server and one MySQL database to deploy the Concrete CMS application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1.<\/strong> Log into the Accuweb dashboard and click the <strong>&#8220;Create environment&#8221;<\/strong> button at the top. Now, if one application server in the cluster fails, the user&#8217;s session will automatically be picked up and served by another Apache instance.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ack-h2\">Database Configuration<\/h2>\n<p>Next, we&#8217;ll configure primary-secondary (master-slave) database replication to protect your data in the Concrete CMS cluster.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1.<\/strong> Create another environment with a single MySQL node to use as the secondary database. You should see the newly created and replicated concrete database listed.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s it! Your database replication is now configured.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ack-h2\">Concrete CMS Installation<\/h2>\n<p>Now, let&#8217;s finish installing Concrete CMS. Double-check that your installation has support for all these image types&#8221;<\/strong> while installing Concrete on the Accuweb.cloud environment, it means the GD extension is disabled in the <strong>php.ini file.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"article-space\"><\/div>\n<p>To fix this, enable the GD extension in the php.ini file by removing the semicolon (;) before the GD extension line.
