NGINX Ruby<\/h2>\n

\nTIP:<\/strong> The NGINX Ruby stack is HTTP\/3<\/a> ready, with support enabled by default starting from the 1.16.1 release for Ruby versions 2.4.9, 2.5.7, 2.6.5, 2.7.0, and above. To leverage HTTP\/3 functionality, a public IP<\/a> address is necessary to bypass the Shared Load Balancer and interact directly with the server.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

The NGINX Ruby<\/strong> software stack combines the highly popular, open-source NGINX web server with the pre-installed Ruby programming language. By default, this stack uses the Passenger application server, but it can be easily reconfigured to switch the Ruby application server<\/strong> to either Puma or Unicorn.<\/p>\n

NGINX Ruby is an ideal choice for any Ruby application due to its scalability, security, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Creating this stack on the platform is straightforward and can be completed in just a few clicks within minutes.<\/p>\n

\nNote:<\/strong> This template employs a contemporary systemd<\/strong> initialization daemon.<\/div>\n

Step 1.<\/strong> Click the New Environment<\/strong> button located at the top-left corner of the dashboard.<\/p>\n

Step 2.<\/strong> Navigate to the Ruby tab<\/strong> within the automatically opened topology wizard and select NGINX Ruby<\/strong> as your application server. Optionally, include any other required stacks for your environment.<\/p>\n

\"Select<\/a>Next, configure the Ruby engine version and additional parameters of the added stacks using the central part of the wizard. This may include setting scaling limits<\/a>, adjusting node counts<\/a>, attaching public IPs<\/a>, and more. Once configured, provide the desired environment name and click Create.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 3.<\/strong> Within a minute, your environment will be visible on the dashboard.<\/p>\n
