We urgently require Web Hosting Technical Support Executives for L1 / L2 / L3 level support with full time employment.

As a Web Hosting Support Technician you will be providing technical assistance to our customers via live chats and helpdesk in 24 x 7 x 365 days work environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor & review server backups (R1Soft CDP).
  • Troubleshoot a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers may have with their hosting plan.
  • Answer pre & post-sales inquiries and provide consultative support for a range of products and services we offer.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Process client orders and provisioning VPS & Dedicated Servers.
  • Stay updated and current with the system information and changes and update and follow standard procedures and processes.
  • Assist junior team members to ensure that they perform effectively and accurately.
  • Schedule and apply software and Operating System patches and updates as directed.

Preferred skillset:

Excellent customer service skill with strong understanding on Linux Server Administration, Datacenter operations, Windows Server, Virtualization, Cloud hosting, eMail Server and Service, FTP, DNS, CPanel, WHM, Plesk, WebsitePanel, IIS and Apache Webservers, Billing system like WHMCS, etc ...
