Are you a linux administrator? We are hiring linux administrators who have hands-on experience in troubleshooting various issues in Linux servers. As a linux system administrator, you will be providing technical support to our customers via live chats and helpdesk in 24 x 7 x 365 days work environment.
As a linux administrator, you will be responsible to troubleshoot clients' issues with their linux server, control panel, web server, mail server etc. You will be responsible to provide required assistance to your shift members. You must be willing to work in shifts (including night shift and holidays).
Monitor the stability of clients' servers with various internal tools.
Monitor & review server backups (R1Soft CDP).
Must be able to understand and troubleshoot Bash/PERL/Ruby/Python/PHP script issue.
Must have hands-on experience in DNS, networking, TCP/UDP, IP routing, HTTP, SMTP, FTP, POP, IMAP etc.
Handle incident response, troubleshooting and resolve the issues.
Research required information using available resources.
Follow the escalation process as per policies/procedures.
Stay updated with the system information, changes & update.
